Hi, guys thanks agin for getting my Passport and Visas done so quickly. i thought for sure i would miss my trip and loose all the money, but when i found Fastport Passport and DMV911, you saved the day. I am a customer for life.
The last time I went to DMV I had to leave work early and I waited 5 hours to find out they couldnt even do my transaction. DMV911 took care of the job while i was at my job, and there small fee to do so was worth every penny!!! I will never go to DMV again.
Wow DMV911 saved me from tickets and other problems. My registration expired on Monday and i put in a request for a new one to the DMV and they said it would take 2-3 weeks. Just wanted to let you know that I went in to your Coney Island location today to renew my passport, and the woman who waited on me was possibly the most pleasant employee I've ever encountered in my ten years in New York City. She was extremely nice and dealt with a high volume of customers diplomatically and politely at all times. I dreaded going to get my new passport because most of the time these types of chores are not fun, but she was just fantastic. Thanks again
